Kybella is an injectable treatment used to improve the appearance of moderate to severe fat below the chin, commonly known as a "double chin". It works by destroying fat cells, and once destroyed, these cells can't store or accumulate fat again, so further treatment isn't typically needed once desired results are achieved.
